Juno's Rick Malon says, "Juno doesn't take crap from nobody". Today, Juno rejected NetZero's final offer to obtain 98% of the second leading free Internet Service in the US. Juno who has nearly 4 million free subscribers declined NetZero's offer of 1.5 million dollars, most of which are for rights to the company's name. "Were not ready to give up everything for 1.5 million. Their orginal offer of 4.5 million over a two year plan would have been more attractive", Malon says. However, NetZero states that the decline in free Internet accounts is what triggered NetZero to lower their offer. "That's the best we can do right now", Leslie Soulta, NetZero's Public Relations offical said. What this means to the people using NetZero and Juno. Nothing! These companies will continue to provide their services until their operating capital is depleted.
Microsoft's Visual Basic.Net Best of the Best
Microsoft's Visual Basic.Net by far exceeds the expectation of Microsofts research team. Visual Basic.Net sales skyrocketed after Microsoft began their advertising campaign. One's thoughts are easily transpirted onto the Internet with .Net's ability to interface the WYSIWYG feature. Be prepared for more interactive and "Flash" websites using .Net.
